MIRROR YOUR DATA WITH ONE CLICK!

To sync your latest data from your Fitbit account with the Fitbit app, follow these simple steps:

1. Open the Fitbit app and wait for the official app to finish syncing.
2. Open Sync and click "Sync Now".

Once you've completed these steps, your Fitbit data will be mirrored with the Health app. To view your data, click the pink Heart icon.

You have the freedom to customize which data you want to mirror and keep private. Currently, we support 14 different data types:

• Heart Rate
• Active Energy Burned
• Resting Energy Burned
• Distance Walking + Running
• Distance Cycling
• Distance Swimming
• Flights Climbed
• Step Count
• Dietary Energy Consumed
• Water
• Sleep Analysis
• Body Mass
• Body Mass Index
• Body Fat Percentage

HOW TO PROPERLY SETUP THE APP (IMPORTANT!):

To ensure a smooth setup process, please follow these steps. It is essential for all apps of this category:

1. Click "Login" and enter your Fitbit account credentials. After reading the warning, click "Give Access".
2. Select "Allow All" and click "Allow" when prompted.
3. Once Fitbit recognizes your login, click "Open".
4. Wait for the app to recognize your login (this may take a few seconds depending on your internet connection) and click "Allow".
5. Next, click "Choose" and after reading the warning, click "Give Access".
6. Click "Turn All Categories On" and then click "Allow" in the top right corner.
7. Select the data types you want to mirror and then click "Back".
8. Click "Sync Now" and wait for the app to sync all your historical data. The time it takes will depend on the amount of data and your internet connection.

From now on, a simple click of "Sync Now" will mirror all your latest Fitbit data into the Apple Health app.
